This is a European made reproduction of a German WWII leather document soldbuch wallet pouch. It is made like  known original of a nice leather. Such items were not general issue but were sold as a private purchase item to soldiers in their regimental stores. There is plenty of space for the Wehrpass, soldbuch as well as money, ration coupons and other paperwork.
