  • Condition: Good to very good with some slight soiling and wear including a scrape mark and glue residue on one New Year card, a small puncture on another New Year, a small chip in the top right corner of the Largest Christmas card, and some have pencil marks.

    Description

    This is a circa 1880's lot of 8 double sided fringed Victorian Greeting cards with flowers and some with poems from Christmas, New Year, and Valentine's Day.
    One card is marked "Copyright By John Gibson 1881", another "Wirths Bros. &Owen", and another S. Hildesheimer & Co.(see photos).
    There are 5 Christmas cards, 2 New Year Cards, and 1 Valentine's Day card.
